This blade fit my Bosche angle grinder without issue. It spins true and no vibration detected. It cut through swimming pool porcelain tile with ease. It was a free-hand cut and there was some chipping but very minor (pic). I have a bigger tile project coming up and if I feel any differently about this diamond blade I will come back and update my review.
This CRALY 4-1/2 Inch Ultra Thin Diamond Saw Blade for Angle Grinder fits my DeWalt 20v cordless grinder. It has a thin kerf and it dry cut through this tumbled tile quickly and smoothly. It did Create a lot of fine dust, so I'll plan on cutting with it wet next time.I'm surprised it doesn't list concrete as one of the materials it cuts through. I recommend this blade.
The four cut lines next to the blade were done with the CRALY blade. The other three cuts were done with another brand-name similar blade. These were all free hand, dry cuts with the blades on a side grinder. The CRALY blade went through the porcelain tile and down into the mortar bed backer with ease. The blade cut aggressively but still had less chipping than the other blade from a big box store. Even though blade deflection isn’t usually a problem with 5” blades, having the extra thickness on …the inside third or so of the blade makes it a very solid blade.I also cut some cement based tile backer board, the blade cut through very fast leaving a nice clean cut. Very impressed so far. Time will tell how long the blade holds up.So far, I would recommend.
This cutting wheel easily fit my angle grinder. I immediately used it to cut and shape some tile and it worked great. I also tried it on a brick and concrete paver and it worked well on them too, but I needed to give it a rest several times while cutting the paver. It couldn't cut the full depth on the brick or paver so I needed to cut from both sides. If you're going to do a lot of cutting, a wet saw or real concrete saw are much better options, but this works well for small jobs.It comes with …two inserts to better fit different spindle sizes.Works well, reasonable price, 5 stars.
Review for CRALY 5 Inch Ultra Thin Diamond Saw Blade, this product has 2 thin diamond saw blades with 2 reducing rings. The 5" (125mm) cutting blade has a 7/8" arbor. It is best for cutting Ceramic, Tile, Marble, Granite, Brick & Porcelain. Kerf is approximately. 2.6mm.As a Vine member I did not pay for the product; never the less my review is unbiased.
This was a very well packaged and presented product that lived up to its looks for my task: Cutting several fire brick to repair broken brick in my wood burning fireplace. It was my first time at such a task. I first tried the suggestion of a youtube video to cut fire brick with a hand wood saw. Laugh! I'm down a wood saw, out a chunk of time... and the outcome was a lightly marred brick. However, this Craly blade in an angle grinder made quick work of the cutting (even with having to cut… the brick from both sides for a thru-cut). Each brick cut took just a couple of minutes. Setup took a few minutes... getting a good setup on saw horses at a good working height, wearing an N95 mask, cutting outside, and ensuring the dust blew away from myself and others - I don't think you want to breath the dust from the materials this Craly blade is meant to cut!. The Craly blade still looks great and I anticipate future projects using it to cut cement siding. Recommended.
These 5-inch diamond saw blades are perfect for my upcoming concrete and tile cutting projects. The build quality feels solid, and I’m impressed with how well they seem to be constructed. I don’t anticipate any issues with performance, as the blades are designed for heavy-duty use. They cut smoothly and efficiently, making tough jobs feel manageable. Overall, a fantastic purchase for anyone needing dependable saw blades!
This is my first time using diamond cutting blades in my grinder, and I'm really impressed with these blades. They cut through tile and stubborn grout like butter. They have saved me hours of work trying to clean up the edges of some 12x12 ceramic floor tiles I had to pull up, so I could place them back on the floor. A reminder, center hole looks like it will fit, but I needed to use the small ring adapter on my grinder before I could use it, so be sure to check and see if your grinder requires… one of the adapters before you toss them.
